Role Description: The Visual designer is responsible for concepting and producing end to end graphics & creatives across multiple formats including web banners, social media creatives, emailers, brand or themed landing pages, event promotions, product launch pages, etc. The candidate must be a self-starter who can independently manage deliverables in a fast-paced quality driven environment.
- Understand how to engage viewers through enticing visual communication.
- Know how to create a holistic experience across multiple touch points in a user flow.
- Understand a design brief and ask the right questions to reduce iterations.
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand client needs.
- Conceptualize and produce stunning work under tight deadlines.
- Create unique designs solving unique problems, while still aligning solutions under an overall communication style or brand guideline.
- Adapt to strict workflows.
- Adapt and learn new software and methods quickly.
- Self-manage to meet timelines and optimise workload.
Requirements:
- Proven digital visual design experience, particularly in digital.
- Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator/ Corel Draw & other essential tools / platforms.
- Highly proficient in design fundamentals (typography, color, balance)
- Professionalism regarding time and deadlines.
