Job Responsibilities:

Core responsibility includes – Reputation Management, Brand Advocacy, Customer Service, Influencer Marketing and Audience Analysis.

Reputation Management

  • Will be responsible for the overall management of handling and keeping up with the reputation of brand on all the social media channels where the clients have their footprint.
  • Keeping a constant track and reverting back (only if necessary) with an appropriate answer on the comments, reviews and feedbacks posted or shared by the followers.
  • It is required of the community manager, to constantly keep a watch and monitor various brands/ competitors, followers and conversations happening around clients product and services.

Brand Advocacy

  • Participating in various discussions and conversations online related to clients product and services. The core objective is to position the client as a thought leader in the market and at the same creating an awareness and buzz around their product and services.
  • Should always look at improving the advocacy practices and brand positioning online.
  • Brand analysis to identify what followers love about clients product and services.
  • Identification of blogs and other social media channels that strategically fit your brand.
  • Creation of an online community of brand advocates.
  • Development of online and social media programs to engage, motivate and reward brand advocates

Online Customer Service

  • Provide on-line support with the available resources to respond to followers inquiries and messages.
  • Pro-active reaching out to prospective customers, influencers & others with the necessary communication.

Influencer Marketing

  • Research and identify key influencers, bloggers and online media relevant to clients target audience.
  • Working with client to identify, recruit and manage influencer/brand ambassador programs.
  • Build strong relationships with social influencers through seeding programs and regular communication.
  • Identify, establish and manage on-going influencer/brand ambassador programs.

Audience Analysis

  • Identifying and reporting the right targeted audience and social behavior of the followers.
