About the Job: DG7 is seeking a talented Sales Executive to join the growing team and help them convert leads. He/She will be responsible for performing all phases of the lead cycle: qualify opportunities, understand requirements, overcome objections and give all necessary support and coordination during the lead conversion process.
Skills & Qualification:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skill
- Understanding of B2B Segment.
- Sales experience with demonstrated consultative selling style preferred.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing (Must have).
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in, handling Inbound and Outbound leads
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience of various Social Media Channels, Email Marketing, Writing Marketing Pitches or Copies, CRM and Telecalling skills etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, Communications (Preferred but not compulsory)
Core Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Understand clients’ business, industry and objectives and strategically pitch DG7’s services/ solutions.
- The building, maintaining and updating the prospect and lead database.
- Have a fair understanding and knowledge of preparing plans, presentations and proposals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups by establishing account presence and building trust with key prospects.
- Be a center-point for all coordination from lead to conversion.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and understanding their requirements.
- Extending the necessary support to the operations team and journeying along the way till the prospect becomes a paying customer.
- Enhance own development by taking responsibility for staying informed and up to date with industry knowledge.
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
