Location: This position is based at Vasai East (1 Min walk from railway station).

Education Qualifications: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering; Masters preferred

Experience: 4+ Years

Functional Skills/Capabilities:

  • Knowledgeable and experienced in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Fire base analytics, DTM/ Launch and BigQuery. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript/CSS
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and measurement
  • Effective in written and verbal communication with clients located globally

Assistant Manager’s Responsibilities:

  • Subject matter expert; ensuring we are tracking activity in an accurate, consistent and granular
  • Ability to create Reports using Google Analytics / Firebase analytics / Social Media data. Hands on experience to export Google Analytics, Social Media data in Microsoft excel and slice and dice as per the business requirement. (Using vlookup, pivot table and match index)
  • Ability to create and share automated reports (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) using Data Studio and Google Sheets for business KPIs across verticals.
  • Provide insights about user behaviour on websites using Google Analytics, Firebase analytics and Hotjar data
  • Work closely with Marketing/Business teams to build an automated reporting suite that will provide analytics and valuable insights to drive effective decision making for key projects
  • Partner with relevant teams to collect new clickstream and transactional data; integrating new data sources into the existing data warehouse
  • Develop data driven attribution methodologies providing cross channel insight into the effectiveness of various clients marketing campaigns
  • Proactively monitor web and mobile data to identify customer struggle/pain points, providing regular reporting and identifying ways of improving user experience
  • Take ownership of analytical projects end to end from extracting and exploring data, generating hypotheses, building a structured analysis, and rigorously evaluating methods and results
  • Should be able to collaborate with business teams to define consistent tracking taxonomies to capture consumer behaviour across any web-based channel, including website, social media and mobile app, emails, digital media, etc
  • Ability to troubleshoot Google Analytics and Firebase analytics server calls using Charles proxy for website and Mobile App (Android & iOS)
  • Page level and Event level tracking using Google Tag Manager for Google Analytics and Firebase analytics (Website and Mobile App (Android & iOS)
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to meet the client goals and benchmarks on Social Media Platforms
  • Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and the Marketing department to design advertising campaigns
