Job Description:
- The role is for a SUB-EDITOR position responsible for Content Ideation, Creation and Editing.
- Edit Articles and rewrite stories and general content.
- At least 3 years of prior experience in content writing is a must. Also, you will yourself be doing a fair bit of Content Writing as and when required.
- Should have good creative writing skills and a flair for content writing.
- Ensuring the highest quality and standard of content before publishing
- Actively research viable content through internal and external resources
- Manage the eccentricities of a team of writers, designers – both in-house and free-lancers
Skills:
- Good command over English.
- Understand the difference between the dynamics that drive a print issue and those that apply to the online world comprising a wide array of Social Media sites and an interactive website.
- Ability to deliver within deadlines & assume ownership of the task is a key-trait we are looking for.
- Capable of managing the portal – content, quality control, upload deadlines, people.
- This is a challenging role and not for anyone who does not satisfy ALL of the conditions mentioned above.
